Stay is not required for events in Panaji (Panjim, Pangim) itself.
Stay to be provided from the time artist/ service provider's arrives at the event city till the time they departs from the event city.
Final stay schedule & requirements will be provided along with the artist/ group names after booking confirmation depending upon artists previous day and post event day engagements and add ons booked. View Schedule
Need good ambience music to enhance the act and depending upon where the living sculptures are placed.. need proper lighting on them.
Stage Space Required : Not Required
Green Room : 1 Green Room Space of 10 x 10 ft (100 Sq. ft) required with all the basics such as mirror, chairs, table, light, fan/AC etc exclusively for the artists.
Technical requirements to be fulfilled as per details mentioned above. In case of any changes please consult with Ovalstars Support Team.
- Light Refreshments such as tea, coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks to be provided at the event venue during the duration of the event.
- Breakfast, Lunch, Hi- Tea & Dinner to be provided at the Hotel itself (in room dine service) to the artist/ service provider & their team during the duration of their stay in your city.
- Visa to be procured by the buyer if event is outside the artist/ service provider's current resident country. All documents required to process the visa application will be provided after the booking has been made and confirmed.
- Any sort of Music Licences such as PPL, IPRS, Novex or any other government or non government license & permission which may be required to be procured by the buyer. Ovalstars will provide requisite document of artist required for the same on demand.
- Safety & Security of the Team, their equipments & personal belongings will be Buyers responsibility.

How it Works

After Booking
You'll receive an email with confirmation and final requirements (if any) once artist/ service provider confirms your booking. You will also be provided with a dedicated Ovalstars Expert contact number who will help you with any queries related to your booking. -
Before Event Day
Please make sure all artist/ service provider requirements have been met. -
On Event Day
You will be provided with an OTP. Please give it to the artist before the start of the show. This will be your confirmation that everything is in order. -
After the Event
Please provide feedback about artist's performance as that will help us in improving our services and curating better entertainment experiences for you. Claims, if any can be raised within 24 hours after the completion of the performance/ service.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 15 Days prior the event date, 50% refund of the booking amount will be issued. No refund for cancellations made within 15 days to event dates.
